VIVACTIS and NEWTON 21 JOINED TOGETHER TO BECOME a EUROPEAN
LEADER in the HEALTHCARE COMMUNICATION, SPIN HEALTHCARE WILL BECOME THE BENELUX VIVACTIS AGENCY

On February 29, the group NEWTON 21 acquired 46,78% of shares of VIVACTIS group, the French leader in the healthcare communication.
This entry in the capital of the leader of the 4th worldwide market of healthcare communication, places the group NEWTON 21 in the perfect position to become one of the European leaders in this sector.
At the same time NEWTON 21 takes over with the envelope of 60 % a company in the same area of business activity, Healthcare communication, in Belgium: SPIN HEALTHCARE.
This SME, in full expansion, will become the BeNeLux Vivactis agency.

NEWTON 21 will be represented in the Executive committee of VIVACTIS group and Jean-Claude SAULI, President of VIVACTIS, becomes a Board member of NEWTON 21.
The strategy of the group focuses on 3 main axes:
- Reinforcement of the leadership position in healthcare communication of Vivactis in France and this, by acquisition or creation.
- Creation of a structure able to take part in the international calls for tender via the installation of a fully dedicated structure ” Vivactis Europe”, based in France
- Development of a European healthcare and health-to-consumer network taking profit of the existing establishments of the Newton 21 group.
